Don't Invite People So Hastily

Given the amount of tratiors/drama lately, I think it'd be a better idea to interview people more extensively before we invite them to the guild.

I agree, since we have encountered this b4 on our last server might as well tighten security for this server.

But interviewing doesn't always weed out the idiots.

Case in point: Johannes Faust / Dino Cavallone.

I was the one who invited him to the guild. And I interviewed him.













From the interview, he seemed nice and he knew PB. Some things just can't be avoided, I guess.

He is a cool guy. He just creates drama over nothing, he did the same thing on CD, I just don't take the drama serious so it doesn't bother me.

Traitors like Pathos/Pancake are more to worry about that rage quit after one give him free gears and knowledge.

And just so you know, Dino is still in the guild...Kittan is him, just don't take his drama too serious to affect you since must is just non-sense.

I think that's a problem. If he's going to be WoEing against us, then I don't think he should be in the guild. We talk strategy and other things that aren't appropriate for our competitors to see. It doesn't mean he's an "enemy," it just means we need to be smart.

Okay let me get this straight, he left because he was complaining about ryuuko trying to get him banned then he came crying to me and I said why the heck are you running to me your the one that needs to watch your language. So yeah he left the next day.

I don't think anyone appreciated his language and topics. Akamari and AppleSauce asked him to stop rambling about how women should have abortions to get rid of "unacceptable" offspring. I asked him, on more than one occasion, to stop being racist (calling merchant vendors "Jews" because they're earning money) and sexist (pick a conversation; pick every conversation). And even Kikk asked him to stop saying "fck" in every single sentence.

Maybe the mutual respect we have for each other in Alpha Centauri just wasn't his style. >_>

I call over-pricing people "jews" or "pinoys" too =[, but only in a jokingly way...

Altho my last boss was jew and still ows me $900

From the screenies ryuuko took shows me moving closer cuz i was sitting pretty far away and only got half of the convosation. I couldn't understand what was going on at the time. =[
