Happy Eastern! =)
Happy Eastern everyone! =)
Today is the day we celebrate:
- The resurrection of Jesus Christ
- The arrival of spring season
- The fertility of animals (hence the bunnies and eggs)
My grandmother had unknowingly organized an Easter Egg search this year. Several members of my family including me visited my grandmother, and she told us she had lost her bag in which much money was kept. The whole family went searching her apartment for the lost bag, much like a search for Easter Eggs. Eventually my aunt found it, but it appeared to be empty.
Then we concluded that granny must have stored her money in the hidden compartment in her desk , but it was locked and the key was missing. Half of us went searching for the key while the other half tried to force the compartment open. In the end we succeeded in forcing it open, but her 'treasure box' appeared empty as well.
Then my granny announced that she was missing another bag, so there we went searching again. In the end we found that bag hidden behind a curtain, and it contained her missing money. =)

It's also my niece's birthday today! She is now 9 years old. <3
And that's a fun story! xD Did any of you get a prize or something from finding her bags? O:
